Disaster caused by Bottled Water

Wall-E is a beautiful movie. Beyond the animation, screenplay and music there is a hard reality. Earth might be uninhabitable some day. It might be filled with debris that would need robots like wall-e to clean up. Recently I received an email which explained the amount of debris that we are creating by use of plastic bottles. They could be as huge as a smallest country. Here is one such email that explains how plastic bottles and bottled water are ruining our lives.

* Carry Shopping bags that is made of fabric instead of using the plastic bags given at the store.
* If you have plastic bags at home try to reuse them in Trash cans etc this would save you dollars that is spent on buying Trash bags.
* Avoid buying or using plastic dishes/plates/glasses @ home. They might cost less but eventually they will ruin our health. Instead use ceramic or porcelain dishes, plates etc especially when you bake or reheat food in microwave.

26,000,000,000 liters means
17,000,000 barrels of oil that was used to produce these plastic bottles, That oil could have been used to fuel 100,000 car for that year.

26,000,000,000 liters also contributes to An addition of 2,500,000 tons of carbon dioxide that was produced in the manufacturing of the plastic bottles
